These paintings are inspired by fluid landscapes and the ephemerality of time. I am interested in the landscape-like spaces created by layers of spaces and color, forming fluid landscapes and time fragments that exist between our internal universe and the external reality.
本系列創作關注色彩與空間的流動性，以及時間的無常性。
透過色塊與空間的繪畫層次，形成抽象景象，流動的風景，或時光的片段
這些景象游離於內在經驗與宇宙現實之間，形成一種不斷轉換的感知空間。
2016 / Flux
These paintings are inspired by fluid landscapes and the ephemerality of time. I am interested in the landscape-like spaces created by layers of spaces and color, forming fluid landscapes and time fragments that exist between our internal universe and the external reality.
I explore the intersection between colors, light, motion and space. I am interested in the spaces that are created between fields of contrasting colors, between saturation and chroma-fluid nuances. I explore gestures to guide the flow of these color-light fields, letting the spaces that are created in between interact with each other to create transitioning motion states.
2016 - 2017 / Seascapes
This group of oil paintings is inspired by the seascapes of Taiwan. At the time I was traveling a lot on the weekends to visit the seascapes around the island, such as Yilan Fenniaolin Fish Harbor, Chiayi Dongshi Fisherman's Wharf, Hualien Qixing Lake, Pingtung Houbihu, Wanggong FIshing Port in Changhua, or Taichung Wuqi Fishing Harbor, and a lot more..
I was interested in the way the waves and rocky reefs dance with each other and how the sunlight reflects on the sea horizon, which gave me a deep sense of infinity, poetry, and energetic connection with nature.

2015-2017 / Timescapes
This group of oil paintings is inspired by the fluidity of light and the ephemerality of time. I superimpose layers of colors to explore the interface between the material and the immaterial, between the conscious and the subconscious state of being. I am interested in the landscape-like spaces created by these layers of light and color, and the motions or phenomenons that appear to happen in inside them.
